Dr. Laura Murray is a senior scientist at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a clinical psychologist. She focuses on innovative approaches to addressing mental and behavioral health system challenges. Her research spans qualitative studies of mental and behavioral health, randomized trials of systems of care and treatments, and the development of large-scale, sustainable programs. Dr. Murray is a leader in addressing comorbidities and implementing transdiagnostic systems of care. She has worked in a range of settings, including under-resourced environments and juvenile and correctional systems. She has built strong relationships with frontline staff, as well as state and policy leaders, to better understand challenges across all levels of care.
