With more than 20 years of experience in correctional behavioral health, she leads national initiatives focused on clinical quality, program development, and compliance. Dr. Reedy’s expertise includes trauma-informed care, violence risk assessment, correctional behavioral health systems, and legal issues affecting mental health services. A licensed psychologist and SAMHSA-certified trauma trainer, she is an active contributor to national professional organizations and frequently presents on emerging issues in correctional behavioral health.
