Ms. Heather O’Donnell is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. She has worked in correctional mental health since 2017 and currently serves as behavioral health services supervisor at Lehigh County Jail in Allentown, Pennsylvania, employed by PrimeCare Medical. She holds a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University and undergraduate degrees in criminal justice and psychology. Ms. O’Donnell has experience in child welfare, juvenile justice, and corrections and is passionate about working with underserved populations involved in the justice system.
