Ms. Carrie Reindollar is the NCCHC manager of accreditation, where she supports accreditation programs and survey team operations. She also serves as an active lead and general surveyor, working directly with clients in jails, prisons, juvenile facilities, opioid treatment programs, and mental health programs nationwide.
Ms. Reindollar has worked in corrections for 20 years and joined the NCCHC surveyor cadre in 2022. Prior to joining NCCHC, she worked as a nurse and held several leadership roles with a health services vendor, including regional nurse manager, operations manager, director of EMR operations, and director of training.
She attended the Indiana University School of Business and Economics and earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration. A licensed practical nurse for 31 years, she received her CCHP-N in 2026.
