Ms. Melissa Gillis-Reid is a licensed professional counselor with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She works for the Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD and has experience in forensic mental health, residential crisis services, and outpatient clinical care. She has additional clinical training in dance/ movement therapies. In her current role as Clinical Team Leader, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Forensic Single Portal Authority (FSPA) including monitoring and tracking patients who are opined Incompetent to Stand Trial, as well as patients who have returned from competency restoration.
