Dr. Rodgers has more than 20 years of experience in public service, including leadership, training, and consultation roles within federal, academic, and community settings. Her areas of expertise include trauma-focused treatments, workforce development, implementation science, suicide prevention, and the dissemination of evidence-based mental health interventions, including CETA.
