Description
Correctional health care faces unique challenges in building and sustaining a qualified workforce. Gain insights into innovative practices for attracting top talent, reducing turnover, and fostering an inclusive environment. Emphasis will be placed on mentorship programs and collaboration and partnerships. This interactive session will share ideas to strengthen the workforce, improve job satisfaction, and promote a more supportive culture.
