This presentation presents the findings of a participatory action research (PAR) project aimed at developing a toolkit to address moral injury in correctional health care. Through collaboration between frontline correctional health care professionals, the toolkit integrates trauma-informed principles, ethical decision-making frameworks, and institutional policy recommendations to move toward moral repair. Designed for practical application, it aims to support health care professionals in navigating ethical dilemmas, mitigating moral harm, fostering resilience, and advocating for systemic change in correctional settings.
