Ms. Grace Hotaling is a clinical intern at Walls Counseling in Colorado Springs, where she provides trauma-informed therapy services to a variety of clients. She is also a graduate research assistant at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, where her work focuses on the role of social workers in correctional settings and the impact of moral injury on professionals working in high-stress environments. In this role, she contributes to literature reviews, data analysis, and the development of evidence-based toolkits aimed at improving practitioner well-being and strengthening rehabilitative approaches in correctional systems. She earned her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Mathematics from Westmont College and is pursuing her MSW to integrate research, clinical work, and systemic advocacy.
