Long-acting injectable medications can support recovery from opioid use disorder, yet many patients discontinue treatment and return to opioid use. This poster explores patient experiences after relapse, including barriers to treatment continuation, follow-up challenges, and unmet support needs. Participants will examine structural, clinical, and social factors that influence retention and long-term recovery.
