Dr. Shawna Scully COL (ret.) serves as Chief Medical Officer of Emergence Health Network, the local Mental Health Authority and local Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Authority. As a board-certified neurologist with over 23 years of experience managing neurological, neurocognitive and neurobehavioral disorders, her expertise supports every aspect of the EHN mission. In this capacity she oversees the behavioral health support provided to inmates in El Paso County Sheriff’s Office correctional facilities.
