Ms. Cheryl Esposito obtained her MSN in Nurse Executive from Wilmington University. She has 37 years of nursing experience with 21 years of correctional health care experience in jails and prisons. As a correctional health care nurse, Cheryl has worked as a Staff Nurse, Intake Nurse, Nurse Manager, Nurse Educator and a Regional Director. In her current role as Chief Nursing Officer, she collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer to develop, and implement a patient centric collaborative quality health care program. She is a national speaker who speaks on topics surrounding correctional health care. she works with a variety of staff in facilities, working to provide staff the tools to deliver excellent healthcare to our patients. Ms. Esposito is a CCHP-RN and strives to work with her colleagues to make positive health care outcomes for our patients.
