Mr. Ricardo Silva is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is passionately committed to serving justice-involved individuals. His dedication extends beyond clinical settings into community outreach, where he is a vocal advocate for quality mental health care for all. His research interests, focusing on the intersection of mental health and chronic pain, were inspired during his training at the University of Washington. Currently, he serves as a psychiatric prescriber at the Kitsap County Jail in Port Orchard, WA. His work, driven by a firm belief in the inherent dignity of all individuals, contributes significantly to building safer, healthier communities.
