Ms. Sahra Abdullahi is an early practitioner with a Master's degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and a Master's degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. She is gaining valuable experience and insight as a mental health professional at the Wayne County Jail under Naphcare while developing a niche working with incarcerated individuals. As a Black Muslim woman, she is deeply passionate about promoting mental wellness and empowering marginalized individuals within and around the intersectionalities of her identity. The challenges and rewards of this work have only intensified her passion to expand her knowledge and skills to make a greater impact on these individuals.
