Dr. Henry So is a clinical pharmacy specialist for the Diamond Pharmacy Services Drug Information Center. He joined Diamond in 2021 after several years of working in health system-based pharmacy practice. Dr. So has brought with him experience in formulary management, policy and procedure development, and clinical monitoring programs, which allow him to provide the highest level of care within the scope of pharmacy services. His passions include patient advocacy, education, and comprehensive medication management. Overall, Dr. So’s experiences within diverse health systems and the clinical interests he has cultivated have provided him with the ability to initiate and sustain development of clinical management initiatives for complicated disease states within long-term care and correctional settings.
