Dr. Gregory Ladele is a clinical leader with a background in operations management, which was enhanced by his time spent managing a hospital system for the Florida Department of Corrections. He is an alumnus of Morehouse College, Tennessee State University, the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s Medical School, and the Ohio State University Family Medicine Residency Program. At the 2017 NCCHC Annual Conference in Chicago he presented Leading Your Intergenerational Workforce Today to Become Successful Leaders of Tomorrow.
