Shawn MacMaster is the Assistant Superintendent of Program Services for the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office in Massachusetts. He holds a command staff position at the Middlesex Jail & House of Correction, overseeing Human Services, Classification, Case Management, Specialized Housing Units, Treatment, Programming, Education, and Re-entry Services. He has worked in the law enforcement community for 27 years, having also spent time at the Massachusetts Department of Correction and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Franklin Pierce College and a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from the McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies at UMass Boston.
