Ms. Sarah Pollock is a PhD candidate in social and behavioral sciences in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society (HBS) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (BSPH). Her research interests center on exploring strategies to address barriers to access and engagement in medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) care, as well as improving holistic linkage to MOUD treatment after reentry. She received her Master of Health Science in social factors in health from HBS at BSPH. Prior to undertaking her graduate studies, Ms. Pollock worked at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine on various randomized controlled trials focused on mental health interventions and substance use prevention.
