Dr. Mark Szarejko received his DDS degree from State University New York at Buffalo in 1985, his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1994, and his CCHP designation in 2007. More than half of his 34-year career has involved correctional dentistry. He has authored and edited more than 40 dental continuing education courses and has recently joined the UCLA School of Dentistry Department of Continuing Dental Education for course development. Presentations at local, regional and national dental meetings include 12 NCCHC conferences. He has been an examiner for dental licensure exams since 1994 and has been an expert witness for dental standard of care issues.
