Ms. Melinda McAuliffe is the Quality Improvement Coordinator for the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, bringing over 18 years of experience in correctional health, with a background in both juvenile and adult custody settings. In her current role, she leads efforts to ensure regulatory compliance, develop and enhance healthcare programs, improve operational processes, and create and update policies and procedures. Her work focuses on strengthening the quality and consistency of care within the correctional health system. Ms. McAuliffe is also involved in emergency medicine research, supporting initiatives aimed at improving healthcare outcomes in high-risk and correctional environments
