Ms. Heather Norman is a U.S. Army veteran, registered nurse, and health care executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience. She serves as Chief Nursing Officer for Wellpath and is a volunteer board member for a community advisory council focused on long-term care. Ms. Norman earned a master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership and an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration. She is a passionate advocate for nurses and underserved populations and is committed to advancing correctional nursing as a specialty while promoting high-quality, equitable care for individuals in custody.
