Ms. Jenny Mielke-Fontaine serves as Quality Nurse Manager for Maricopa County Correctional Health Services. She joined the organization in 2024 following a distinguished 20-year career with the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry. A lifelong advocate for correctional health care, she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing specifically to pursue a career in corrections. Her professional interests include quality improvement, patient safety, and strengthening clinical services for justice-involved populations.
