Dr. Melanie Stroda is a nurse practitioner and educator with more than 35 years of health care experience, including over a decade in correctional health care. She serves as Director of Clinical Education and is recognized for her expertise in simulation-based learning and workforce development. A Certified Correctional Health Professional–Certified Practitioner and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator, Dr. Stroda is passionate about mentoring health care professionals and improving care for vulnerable populations. Her work focuses on innovative education strategies, clinical excellence, and advancing correctional health care practice.
