Dr. Ariel Hoadley is an Assistant Professor at UMass Chan Medical School whose research focuses on medications for opioid use disorder in correctional settings. For more than seven years, she has studied treatment engagement, continuity of care, and health outcomes among justice-involved populations. Dr. Hoadley has contributed to major national research initiatives examining peer navigation, substance use treatment, and recovery support. Her work integrates clinical, public health, and justice system data to identify barriers to care and inform more equitable treatment systems.
