205 Recognizing the Role of Socioeconomic Geography in the Distribution of Waivered Providers
Description

This retrospective, cross-sectional study assessed the relationship between three socioeconomic factors and geographic distribution of Active Waivered Providers (i.e., at least one prescription in last 13 weeks) for the year 2020. Analyses showed that regions that have high poverty, high unemployment, or low education rate have a trend of lower distribution of waivered providers utilizing buprenorphine than regions that do not.
