Rebecca Connelly is the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Manager and Corizon Lean Improvement Program (CLIP) Manager for Corizon Health. Rebecca spent two decades in Emergency Department & Critical Care. Prior to joining Corizon Health in November 2020, she spent the last decade working for the Department of Defense as the Performance Improvement Manger and the Clinical Transition Officer (CTO). Her duties included the planning and development of their new hospital, the flagship of army medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX. During her tenure at the Department of Defense she was sent to Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio to train and obtain her certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Her passion is using this methodology to evaluate and streamline processes, remove waste, and teach the organization on how to sustain the gains.
