Heather Norman is a US Army veteran, registered nurse and has 20 years of experience as an industry leader. She has a master's degree in clinical nurse leadership and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration. Ms. Norman serves as Chief Nursing Officer for Wellpath and is a volunteer board member on the Community Advisory Counsel for Long Term Care. She is committed to using her voice to advocate for nurses and for under-represented patients. Heather believes that correctional nursing is the best-kept secret in health care and wants to help advance this specialty within the nursing community.
