Ms. Heather Norman is enterprise chief nursing officer for Wellpath with more than 25 years of leadership experience in correctional health care, orthopedics, acute care, physical rehabilitation, and military medicine. She leads nursing strategy across 315 facilities in 37 states, supporting care for more than 200,000 patients each day. Her work focuses on clinical quality, workforce development, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. Ms. Norman is a former U.S. Army combat medic and serves as president of the American Correctional Nurses Association. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing in clinical nurse leadership from the University of Virginia and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice in clinical leadership at Radford University.
