LCDR Erin Tromble MD has served as a medical officer at CDC for five years, initially joining the Emergency Response and Recovery Branch in the Center for Global Health before joining medical epidemiologist on the Clinical Team within the Division of STD Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Prior to her arrival at CDC, LCDR Tromble completed her clinical training in a joint residency in Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Arizona. Her current work focuses on STD management and care, particularly among special populations such as women and children, those seeking STD care outside traditional STD clinics, and individuals in correctional settings.
