Ms. Kelsey Howe received her BSN at Tabor College in Kansas and has worked in correctional healthcare for about 7 years. Working for the Kansas Department of Corrections has allowed her to serve in progressive leadership roles that include working directly with adult men and women and male and female adolescents. In 2020, she transitioned a statewide leadership role as Regional Infection Prevention and Control Nurse and most recently was promoted to a Director of Infection Prevention and Control for Centurion of Kansas.
