Description

This presentation will discuss compliance support and a proactive approach to correctional litigation in six areas: medical care, mental health care, dental care, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, COVID requirements, and custodial regulations. The presenters will cover how facilities can navigate compliance with class-action lawsuits and describe efforts to prevent such cases and investigations. Attendees will learn about Class GAP Analysis audit tools and how they can help prevent litigation.
