Ms. Samantha Wolff represents clients in punitive and certified class actions relating to constitutional and civil rights matters in federal and state court. She is experienced and skilled in defending civil rights matters, including certified class actions relating to the constitutional delivery of medical and mental health care to incarcerated individuals and other alleged civil rights violations. Ms. Wolff also counsels public sector clients and performs risk analyses pertaining to corrections operations and the constitutional delivery of care. She previously worked in the California Attorney General’s office where she defended governmental figures and state corrections officials in civil rights litigation.
