Name
209 Development of the MIND-TD Questionnaire to Facilitate Dialogue Poster About Tardive Dyskinesia
Description
Patients with current or past antipsychotic usage are at risk of developing tardive dyskinesia. The MIND-TD questionnaire was developed to facilitate clinician-patient dialogues about the symptoms and impact of TD. Part 1 has yes or no questions about movement, impact, notice, and daily activities. Part 2 has a thorough interview and a differentiation checklist to elicit more information about abnormal movements, as different drug-induced movement disorders require distinct treatment strategies.
