Ronna is currently the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health Services providing leadership for the delivery of health services to the 12 prison facilities in Washington State. Previous co-Incident Commander for the Prisons/Health Services Unified Command for COVID-19.  Ronna led the team that implemented the Medicaid Bill Payment processes in 2012.  She also partnered with stakeholders to institute an automated process to enroll and suspend Medicaid benefits for incarcerated individuals in the Washington State System.  A longtime employee of the Department, Ronna held positions including Health Services Administrator and Budget Manager for the Department of Corrections.  She was also a Data Analyst and Policy Manager for the Washington State Sentencing Guidelines Commission.
