Mr. Jim Martin served nearly 23 years in law enforcement, including roles as lieutenant and assistant jail commander with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office in southern Indiana. As assistant jail commander, he served as the command staff liaison to the jail’s medical unit and Community Mental Health Task Force. He later served as vice president of program development for the National Commission on Correctional Health Care, where he spoke nationally on correctional health care topics. Mr. Martin currently serves as chief operating officer of Physician Correctional USA, where he oversees operations and supports the delivery of correctional health care services in jails and prisons.
