Dr. Nicole Taylor is a licensed clinical psychologist and attorney with more than 18 years of experience in correctional mental health. She has worked extensively with incarcerated individuals with serious mental illness and served as mental health director for the Arizona Department of Corrections from 2013 to 2019. She has presented at national conferences on topics including correctional mental health care, reentry, legal considerations related to serious mental illness, and restrictive housing. She has also served as an instructor for National Institute of Corrections training programs. Dr. Taylor is currently vice president of mental health – local government west at Wellpath.
