Nearly every clinician in corrections will experience a deposition at some point during their career - whether as a defendant in a lawsuit, a treating provider, or a corporate representative. The presenters include a plaintiff's attorney who routinely files deliberate indifference and medical negligence cases against correctional defendants and a defense attorney who regularly defends these cases. Together they will share insider tips on how to prepare for and ace your winning deposition.
