112 Developing Proper Sample Size Methodologies for CQI (UPDATED)
Description

Traditional approaches to sample sizes for contractual continuous quality improvement audits lack statistical relevance, which leads to unreliable results, undermines the purpose of the audit, reduces the chance of detecting the true effect, and lowers the reproducibility of the results. This presentation will review proper sample size development and methodology that takes into consideration limited resources and time.
