Mr. Michael Smith is the vice president of clinical compliance and quality for YesCare. He is a United States Air Force veteran with 25 years’ experience in health care. Michael has an MBA and BSN from the University of Phoenix and holds a Six Sigma black belt certification from the American Society for Quality. Mr. Smith has presented at Premier conferences and the Missouri Hospital Association. He was recognized in Atlanta Georgia for his activities in an expanded role during the COVID-19 pandemic while at WellStar Health, recognized for enhancing sepsis care approaches for SSM Health in St. Louis Missouri, and received a National Service Defense Medal while serving during Operation Desert Storm.
