Description
This talk will cover the essential prevention and response elements needed to address infectious disease outbreaks in a correctional facility. Speakers will use infection prevention, quality improvement, security, and emergency management learnings from a recent measles outbreak in New Mexico to work through step-by-step actions for keeping staff and incarcerated populations healthy when faced with an infectious disease outbreak.
