This educational program examines the Nurse Professional Development (NPD) practitioner's Learning Facilitator role and how it operationalizes the six core NPD responsibilities. Designed for facility-based nurse educators, the session reviews evidence supporting NPD's effectiveness and applies Kirkpatrick's Model to evaluate training impact. Participants will gain practical strategies to integrate onboarding, simulation, competency validation, and microlearning with outcomes tracking.
