Ms. Deanna Minton is a health care leader with more than a decade of experience in correctional health care operations, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. As Director of Accreditation and Compliance at NaphCare, she provides strategic oversight of jail and prison accreditation efforts, partnering with facility leadership teams to advance quality, safety, and regulatory performance. With a clinical background in nursing, she brings a patient-centered perspective to policy development, implementation, and performance improvement initiatives in complex correctional environments. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, with a Criminal Justice focus, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
