Description
This roundtable will explore the development and implementation of a peer-led hospice program in a correctional setting. Attendees will gain insight into training incarcerated volunteers as hospice porters, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care, and aligning programs with reentry and system-level goals. Discussion will include strategies to foster dignity, compassion, and continuity of care.
