Dr. Jennifer Clifton has been faculty at the College of Nursing at the University of Utah since 2005. This role combines student instruction, patient care, and clinical management. She serves as the associate dean of practice and community collaboration, an arm of the college that oversees 14 juvenile justice clinics. Dr. Clifton earned her BSN at Indiana University, her MSN/FNP at Brigham Young University, and her DNP at the University of Utah. She earned her CCHP in 2016, her CCHP-A in 2020, and her CCHP-CP in 2022. Dr. Clifton serves as vice chair of the NCCHC Juvenile Committee and is the liaison to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners on the NCCHC Board of Representatives.
