Mr. Phillip Galli is the director of justice support services for St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Prior to this work he taught criminology at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and was a probation/parole officer in Missouri, Ohio, and Illinois. Mr. Galli has a BA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, an MA degree in administration of justice from Saint Louis University, and a PhD in criminology & criminal justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
