Dr. Elisa Crouse is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who provided clinical care, education, and academic leadership for 26 years at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. During that time, she supervised the care of incarcerated patients across the state who were pregnant or had complex gynecology problems. She now serves as the Executive Director of Institutional Accreditation and Recognition at the ACGME and has worked with clinical leaders in correctional medicine to facilitate development of the newly approved Correctional Medicine fellowship. Her scholarship has primarily been related to resident/fellow education and program leadership development in graduate medical education.
