Mr. Mark Tittle is currently employed by MHMR of Tarrant County, where he has worked since 2017. During that time, he has worked as a community liaison for the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program, a team lead and then program manager for the Diversion Navigator Program in the Tarrant County Jail and most recently as the Director of the Tarrant County Mental Health Jail Diversion Center. He has held this current position since the Diversion Center opened in January 2022.
