Michelle Calvin, MBA, LCP, is the Behavioral Health Director at Topeka Correctional Facility in Topeka, Kansas. She has more than 20 years of experience in correctional health care, specializing in mental health services. In her role, she provides clinical leadership and oversight for the facility’s Mental Health Department while continuing to support the delivery of mental health care to incarcerated individuals across the state. Ms. Calvin earned a master’s degree in Psychology from Washburn University in 2003 and an MBA from Baker University in 2012. She holds an independent clinical license through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board and provides formal and informal supervision to mental health professionals.
