Ms. Pamela Gandy-Rosemond is a nursing leader with BSN and MSN degrees and 35 years as a registered nurse, specializing in critical care, cardiac, surgical-medical, psychiatric, and correctional health. She spent 22 years in clinical leadership with Sacramento County’s Behavioral Health and Primary Health divisions, spearheading programs that elevate quality, effective patient care. Ms. Gandy-Rosemond now serves as Health Services Administrator for Juvenile Correctional Health, guiding a multidisciplinary team to transform care for detained youth through best practice standards. Her commitment to advancing youth healthcare is exemplified through maintaining NCCHC accreditation; the facility was recognized for meeting national standards and was recently recertified for three years.
