Ms. Pamela Gandy-Rosemond is a nursing leader with more than 35 years of experience as a registered nurse, with clinical expertise in critical care, cardiac, medical-surgical, psychiatric, and correctional health care. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing and spent 22 years in clinical leadership with Sacramento County’s Behavioral Health and Primary Health divisions, leading programs focused on improving quality and patient care. Ms. Gandy-Rosemond now serves as Health Services Administrator for Juvenile Correctional Health, where she leads a multidisciplinary team supporting care for detained youth. Under her leadership, the facility has maintained accreditation for meeting national standards.
