Description
This discussion examines how Sacramento County Juvenile Correctional Health implemented structured monthly employee rounding to foster communication, trust, and staff feedback. Participants will explore tools for tracking concerns and responses; review three years of data showing improvements in engagement, workplace culture, and retention; and share strategies for enhancing morale in high-stress, competitive health care environments.
