Ms. Scarlett Ong is a health care leader with more than 27 years of experience in medical-surgical, trauma and emergency care, psychiatry, correctional health care, and program management. She serves as Nurse Manager I for Juvenile Correctional Health, where she oversees clinical and operational workflows to support compliance with NCCHC standards and Title 15 regulations. Her expertise includes staff supervision, policy development, and quality assurance in complex health care environments. Ms. Ong earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of St. La Salle.
